This is honestly my least favorite update. It was my first attempt at a big action set piece, and it suffered from my inexperience. I had decided I never wanted an action scene to be longer than one update. I still stand by that decision; I don’t want my readers waiting month after month to see how a fight ends, But I hadn’t really learned how to pace a big fight scene yet, so it suffered from too many pages and to many big spreads. As I bring chapter 1 to print, this update is going to see the most revisions.
